We just got home from a very fun afternoon with our great friends James and Allison after shooting their Trash the Dress session in downtown San Diego. We had such a great time that we just had to post a teaser. There were so many great photos, but this was one of the last and kind of stuck out. Can’t wait to share more!

Enjoy!

Ok, right now many of our SoCal readers may be asking, “Where in the world is Redding?!” It’s it true NoCal – Google it to see just how far up it is!  For those of you from Redding who supported the start of Emily Faulknor Photographers while we lived there and are still following and supporting us today, we just want to say that we miss you all. San Diego is a great place to visit so come on down, we have a spare bedroom waiting for you!

When we first moved to San Diego 2.5 years ago we flew and drove up the state of California a million times to shoot weddings for some amazing Redding peeps. (Hey Jason and Shelby – literally everyone who sees your wedding photos are amazed and asks where you got married, then draw a blank when we answer ‘Shingletown’!)

So today we present you with Lincoln and Leslee. They are one of the sweetest couples we have had the pleasure of working with! Really, have we said that before? Well then, it must be a requirement to be one of our clients. You must be a sweet couple! :) Seriously though, we had such a great time with them and felt like long time friends after only 5 minutes. They are madly in love and they brought joy to everyone around them on their wedding day.

On a side note, we had the pleasure of taking their Day After photos while we were in Redding to shoot their wedding. It was a fantabulous shoot that we are really excited about. We’ll post those soon!

Lincoln and Leslee – We love you two and wish you all the blessings marriage has to offer! We look forward to taking your ‘anniversary’ photos!

I love all the emotions that you’ve captured! Love the one where they were kneeling on the ground with petals thrown on them. What a beautiful moment!
